Can I use Guava without Guavagram PRO?
Yes. Guavagram (basic version) is a free tool we offer to help the industry. It allows you to have a website, receive orders and bookings at no cost, ideal if you are not ready to invest yet. However, Guavagram PRO is included in all our paid plans and unlocks advanced features such as promotions, featured dishes, recommendations, statistics, and more. It is the foundation of the Guava system.
Do I have to hire all the modules?
No. With the Starter plan, you can customize your restaurant by activating only the modules you really need. In contrast, the Professional and Enterprise plans include all interconnected modules. This not only gives you more functionality, but it is much more cost-effective than hiring individual tools, whether in Guava or with other market solutions.
Is the POS mandatory?
No. The Guava POS is optional. If you already have a POS that works for you, you can continue using it and only hire the modules you need. However, if you do not use the Guava POS, you will miss some important advantages, such as having all data (sales, bookings, stock, employees, etc.) connected in one place.
Does the price increase if my business grows?
Only if you decide so. The price adapts to actual usage. If you activate more modules or your sales volume increases, the cost may adjust. But you will always pay for what you use. Nothing more.
